Each month, we take over the Evolve Test Kitchen in Lake Park with a new theme, a new menu, and the same commitment to indulgence, intimacy, and intrigue.

Here's how it works:

1. Book Your Seat

Each event has limited capacity, and every seat is intentionally placed.
Priority access is always given to our members and their guests.
Remaining tickets are released to the public until the table is full.
